Autumnal Nails with Colors by LLarowe 'Mocha Grande' & 'Cabaret' & Fancy Gloss ' A Penny For Your Thoughts'

Hello!

Today I've got some very Autumnal Nails to show you! I was heavily influenced by Jackie who owns the wonderful Fancy Gloss Indie Polish Brand. Check out her social media to look at her gorgeous original mani!
Indoor Lighting
For this mani I used Colors by Llarowe 'Mocha Grande' as my base for the stamping and Colors by Llarowe 'Cabaret' for my glitter accents. I used Fancy Gloss 'A Penny For Your Thoughts' to Stamp with.
Indoor Lighting
Colors by Llarowe 'Mocha Grande' is a gorgeous rich dark brown holo. This was two super easy coats! It really does have a perfect formula!

Indoor Lighting - With Flash
Colors by Llarowe 'Cabaret' is a beautiful glitter. It's really hard to describe but it has gold and silver metallic flakies with a copper brown reddish shimmer. It really reminds me of the ILNP Precious Metals but like a brown version?! This was three thin easy coats and it dries nice and quick!

Indoors but in Direct Sunlight - Macro of 'Cabaret', I really think this shows off that red shimmer!
For my stamping I used Born Pretty Store stamping plate BP-19. I love this leaf design! I used Fancy Gloss 'A Penny For Your Thoughts' which is a gorgeous one coat copper holo that stamps like a dream!! I also used my new Fab Ur Nails Stamper for the first time that I brought recently which was so perfect. After a few more uses I'll put a review up but first impressions are very good! I topped it all off with HK Girl top coat.

Indoor Lighting
I really love these nails. I've had them on all week and will be sad to take them off.

I brought my Colors by Llarowe & my Fab Ur Nails Stamper from Rainbow Connection UK.

You can get Fancy Gloss 'A Penny for your thoughts' straight from the website. There's a big restock coming in December!

I'm so ready for winter & Christmas manis now!! How about you?

Thanks for visiting,

Have a lovely day,

EP Polish Company 'Mad Max Collection' Nail Mail & 'The Dag' Swatch & Review

Hello!

Today I have some nail mail and my first swatch of EP Polish Companies 'The Mad Max Collection' to show you.

EP Polish Company is a fairly new Indie polish from Australia created by the lovely Stace. I saw some swatches of the collection on Instagram and immediately needed them! This is just Part 1 of 'The Future is for the Mad' collection and is called 'The 5 wives'. I loved the 'Mad Max : Fury Road' film so I was super excited about the theme of this collection!

Nail Mail!!
The collection is made up of 5 polishes for each of the wives and if you get the full set you get an extra polish which is the gorgeous dark navy on the end. The small polish is a custom that Stace sent me as a thank you. I'm hoping to have a post up about it soon!

For today my first swatch is of 'The Dag'. This is a Sandy Gold microglitter mixed with a darker gold microglitter. It is so beautiful and sparkly! I really love the extra depth the darker glitter gives it.

Outdoors - Natural (Autumn) Lighting
This was two easy coats. It dries quickly as well. It does dry a bit textured as it's a glitter so I added a coat of HK Girl to smooth it over and add some gloss.

Outdoors - Natural Lighting
You may also want to use a peel off base coat if you're not a fan of glitter removal. I used the Foil Method and it came off easily with that.

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves!

Outdoor Lighting - Natural Light Macro - This really shows off that glitter mix!

For my first experience of a brand I have nothing but good things to say and I'm excited to try out the rest of the collection! You can find the polishes on the EP Polish Company Website

If you're from outside Australia you can message Stace on Facebook or Email and she'll create a custom listing for you!

I'm thinking of maybe starting some posts on my weekly Nail Mail, maybe Nail Mail Mondays?Would this be something you'd like to see? Let me know in the comments!

Avon Molten Metal 'Titanium' Swatch & Review

Hello!

A very quick post from me today. I've got Avon, Molten Metal, Magic Effects, Nailwear, in 'Titanium' to show you today.

Molten Metal is Avon's newest collection of nail polish that creates a textured effect that reminded me of those foil cake boards you get at Christmas time. Not rough like sequins/glitter can be but a kind of smooth rough texture if that makes sense!

Indoor Lighting without Flash
'Titanium' is a beige silver colour. I only needed two coats and it dries super fast (This literally took me 20 mins and I was out the door! Great if you're in a rush!) I didn't use top coat as I liked the texture. If you don't like removing glitter you may want to use a peel-able base coat with this as it did take a bit more effort than other polishes to be removed.

Indoor Lighting with Flash
For a super quick mani I really liked this polish. What do you think?

It's one of five polishes in the collection and is available through the Avon website.

Do you like a textured polish? Let me know in the comments!

Fancy Gloss 'Feeling Vampy'

Hello!

Today I have Fancy Gloss 'Feeling Vampy' to show you. Fancy Gloss is a US indie polish created by the lovely Jackie. She creates the most beautiful thermals and one coat holos.

All the pictures are indoor lighting with flash.

'Feeling Vampy' In Transition State
'Feeling Vampy' is a dark grey to maroon red thermal with holo. I love this colour combo so much. I used three easy coats and added HK Girl top coat for added gloss.

'Feeling Vampy' In Cold State
I paired it with Femme Fatale 'Ouija' on my accent nail. This was two coats. So sparkly!

'Feeling Vampy' In Warm State
I really enjoy thermals. They always look different and this is a gorgeous colour combo for the transitions, the grey/maroon colour mix you get is so pretty.

'Feeling Vampy' In Transition State
You can find Fancy Gloss here. There's a big restock coming in December so look out for that!

Potion Polish 'Summer's Last Rose'

Hello!

Today I've got 'Summer's Last Rose' by Potion Polish to show you. This is my first Potion Polish and I'm very impressed! Potion Polish is based in the US but they ship internationally!

Indoor Lighting - With Flash
'Summer's Last Rose' is a pink holographic polish with holo flakies from the Fall 2015 collection. It's so sparkly! This was two easy coats. My accent nail is Cirque Colors 'Memento Mori'. My favourite one coat black creme.

Indoor Lighting - With Flash - No Top Coat
I added some stamping to my mani with Sugar Bubbles 018 stamping plate. I love this rose design. I used Konad black stamping polish and my creative shop stamper. I stamped my accent nail with 'Summer's Last Rose'. Yes, it stamps too!

Outdoor Lighting - Direct Sunlight
I topped it all off with HK Girl.

You can purchase Potion Polish from their website.

Sugar Bubbles, Cirque Colors and the Creative Shop stamper are all available from Rainbow Connection UK.

Firework Nails

Hello!

Today I've got some Firework Nails to show you that I did to celebrate Bonfire night here in the UK. I really love this time of year. I went to a Firework display on Sunday and was inspired to create these nails. All the pictures were taken indoors with flash as the sun doesn't want to come out and play very much at the moment!

I used ILNP 'Missed Calls' for my base. This is a black Ultraholo and is so sparkly! I only needed two easy coats.

For the stamping I used MoYou London Festive plate 05 and Hehe stamping plate 049. Both are really good quality and I didn't have any problems with them. I used various firework patterns from each plate to make the mani a bit more random and interesting.

For the stamping I used all of the Models Own Colour Chrome collection. These polishes are so great for stamping as they are super opaque. They dry fairly fast so that's the only thing to keep in mind. I didn't find I had to rush though.

I also used various Virtuous polish polishes from their Women of Valor and Paradise collection for the second layer of stamping. Again these are super opaque and really great for stamping. They are now discontinued but I think Rainbow Connection UK may still have a few left in the sale! I love the bright colours.

I used my Creative shop stamper as usual and added a coat of HK Girl top coat to add gloss.

I really like how these turned out. I was also very happy with how well all the polishes stamped as I really didn't have any problems with the whole process which is rare for me while doing a full stamping mani. Progress!

Here's a macro of my thumbs, I think these are my favourite out of the whole mani.

I really like my pointer on this hand as well.

These are a couple of pictures from the display I went to at the weekend!

Do you enjoy this time of year or are you already missing the sunshine?

Thanks for visiting,

Have a lovely day and a safe Bonfire night!
