ILNP 'Fir Coat' Swatch & Review & #IamNailingMentalHealth

Today I've got a special post for you,

This Sunday a huge group of nail techs are gathering for a world record attempt in support of the Mind Charity. Here's all the info!

Stephanie Staunton (Celebrity Manicurist) founded Nailing Mental Health and has organised this wonderful event!

Guinness book of world records have accepted a bid to smash a world record on April 2nd 2017 in London at the intercontinental hotel at the O2 10am-6.30pm

There will be 350 manicurists on board and the plan is to do over 6078 shape and paints in green glitter (the colour of the mental health ribbon) to mark the 6078 people who lost their battle in 2015 in the UK and ROI from suicide. Figures are expected to be higher for 2016.

They plan to raise £30k for MIND and Nailing Mental Health which once registered will be helping people, first hand pay for private counselling or therapy as the waiting list is currently 12-18 weeks which can have devastating consequences.

You can either get a shape and green polish (and glitter) or a manly manicure. Children can also have their nails done.

They'll also be selling cards by Love Layla (all proceeds going to the final sum raised) and raffle tickets for a table full of products provided by our sponsors. So one person will win over £1000 of prizes!

This is such an important cause so if you can join the fun and help raise some money it will make such a difference!

In honour of this I've chosen some green nails to show you today!

This is the beautiful ILNP 'Fir Coat' from the Winter 2016 collection, It's a gorgeous evergreen emerald green with holographic sparkle.

This was 3 coats and a coat of HK Girl Top Coat for added shine. Formula was excellent as usual from ILNP!

Today I have the gorgeous Colors by Llarowe 'Brighter Days' to show you,

I remember when I wore this I was having a rubbish week in January and really wanted some nails to cheer me up, This polish seemed perfect and it really did the job!

'Brighter Days' is part of 'The Journey' collection by Colors by Llarowe which is inspired by the journey from dark times in life to the light ones. 'Brighter Days' is a stunning neon pink with rose gold/copper shimmer running throughout. 

This was just 2 easy coats and HK Girl Top Coat to bring out that gorgeous shimmer!

Cirque Colors 'Halcyon' Swatch & Review

Hello!,

Today I have the super popular Cirque Colors 'Halcyon' to show you,

I've worn this many times before but not in a full mani, When Cirque said it was returning this year I braved a full mani as I could buy a back up bottle of this gem! 

'Halcyon' is a stunning rose gold metallic flakie polish. This is just 2 super easy coats and HK Girl Top Coat.

The formula is fab and this polish brings me such joy whenever I wear it. It's stunning!

Femme Fatale 'Snow White' Swatch & Review

Hello!

Today I have Femme Fatale 'Snow White' to show you. It's a thermal polish from the Enchanted Fables Collection.

This was 3 easy coats topped with HK Girl Top Coat. The transition is really sensitive. It goes from a Orangey pink when cold to a greeny yellow when warm with blue shimmer.

These aren't normal colours for me to wear but I really enjoyed this polish and it was a refreshing boost of pastel colours amongst the darker shades I've been wearing,
