Nail Mail Monday & Femme Fatale Cosmetics 'Heart Wound' Comparison

Just a short post from me today,

This week I received some Nail Mail from Rainbow Connection UK. 

From Left to Right is Cirque Colors 'High Roller' & Femme Fatale Cosmetics 'Heart Wound'.

I recently wrote a post about Femme Fatale Cosmetics 'Loves Wound'. You can read it here.

This is the updated comparison to include 'Heart Wound'.

From Left to Right is 'Heart Wound', 'Loves Wound' Faded, Unfaded & Reformulated.

'Heart Wound' definitely seems more coral leaning probably because it's faded more as Australia is much hotter than the UK. I'm glad I decided to pick it up.

Cirque Colors 'Sin City' & Helios' Nail Art

Hello,

Today I have some Nail Art to show you using Cirque Colors 'Sin City' from the new Vice 2016 Collection & 'Helios'.

'Sin City' was such a difficult colour to photograph. It kept coming out orange so I've colour corrected it as best I can. 

This was just two coats of 'Sin City' and one coat of 'Helios' plus one sponged layer. Both formulas were excellent as I've come to expect from Cirque!

I stamped the chevron design using Bundle Monster Blogger Collaboration Plate 'BM-XL-201'. I used my Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Clear Stamper to make sure the design went on straight and my new white Emily de Molly stamping polish. Everything worked really well. I topped it all off with HK Girl top coat.

I love how bright these nails are and they are perfect for summer!

Femme Fatale Cosmetics 'Crown of Ribbons' Swatch & Review

Hello,

No Nail Mail this week but today I've got Femme Fatale Cosmetics 'Crown of Ribbons' to show you. 'Crown of Ribbons' is from the Femme Fatale Cosmetics Afterlight Gala Collection.

'Crown of Ribbons' is a pastel bubblegum pink polish with iridescent flakies throughout. This was just two coats and the formula was really easy to use.  

The flakies lay nice and flat and I topped it off with a coat of HK Girl top coat.

My pictures really don't show off the ethereal beauty of this polish. The sun kept hiding from me!

Emily de Molly 'Stockpile' Swatch & Review

I have the super sparkly Emily de Molly 'Stockpile' to show you today.

Emily de Molly 'Stockpile' is a stunning silver flakie polish. The Base is clear but full of silver holo shimmer with silver flakies and silver holo glitter. The polish has a stunning linear holo effect. This was opaque in three coats. I topped it off with HK Girl Top Coat.

I loved how sparkly this was and the formula was excellent. Super easy to work with!

I love how in the sunlight this is so sparkly and holo but in the shade it takes on a more metallic flakie look with a more blue.steely silver colour compared to the bright white silver in the sunlight.

This polish is still available from Emily de Molly and stockists! If you want something sparkly but without the hassle of glitter removal you need this. It would also be a great accent nail.
