Femme Fatale Cosmetics 'The Weirding Way' Swatch, Stamping and Review

Hello!

Today I have the gorgeous Femme Fatale Cosmetics 'The Weirding Way' to show you. This is from the Femme Fatale Cosmetics 'Dune' Collection.

'The Weirding Way' is a super unique shade (as usual from Femme Fatale). It has a purply brown/maroon base with a beautiful blue shimmer and lots of little silver hex glitters. This was three easy coats though you could get away with two. My nails are just so long at the moment!

I also stamped over the top with a very pretty and subtle design from Pueen Stamping Plate 77. I got this a while ago and am so happy I finally got around to using it. I wanted something subtle so it didn't overtake the beauty of the polish. I used my Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper and Coloralike Stamping Polish in 'Raindrop' which is a blue metallic. All worked perfectly! I topped it all off with HK Girl top coat to make it glossy.

This was so hard to photograph and my photos do not do it justice. This polish; especially the shimmer, is gorgeous!!! The 'Dune' collection is being discontinued soon and has one more restock from Femme Fatale Cosmetics site so grab it while you can. You won't be disappointed!

What do you think? Is this a shade you'd wear? I wasn't sure at first but once it was on my nails I loved it!

Nail Mail Monday featuring Femme Fatale Cosmetics and Emily de Molly

Hello!

I've got some Nail Mail from the lovely Rainbow Connection UK to show you today. They recently had a big Emily de Molly restock so these are my picks, and some other polish fell in to my basket as well!

From Left to Right is Femme Fatale Cosmetics 'Twinkle Twinkle', 'March Hare' and 'Wonderland' from the Mad Tea Party Collection and Emily de Molly 'Shadow on the Moon', 'Only an Echo', 'Not this Day' and 'Still Waters (a new RC Exclusive!)'

All of these polishes are super unique. 'Shadow on the Moon' has a gorgeous pink glow that I just couldn't capture and 'Still Waters' has some beautiful Flakies that also escaped my photo this time.

I also picked up a new stamping plate by Moyra which RC has just started stocking. I put my thumb in the picture to emphasise how massive the designs are! So perfect for my talons. Excited to try this out soon.

Anything you'd like to see a full mani of on the blog? Let me know!

Emily de Molly 'Modern Luster' & 'I'm B-lind'

Hello!

No Nail Mail this week but today I have some gorgeous polishes from Emily de Molly to share with you.

'Modern Luster' is a gorgeous hot/bright watermelon pink with copper shimmer and lime gold sparks. This was three easy coats.

This was super hard to photograph and the shimmer escaped most of my pictures. This is really one of those polishes you need to see in real life. It's really beautiful.

Direct Sunlight ('I'm B-lind' is so sparkly!)

For my accent nail I used 'I'm B-lind'. This is a beautiful copper glitter with holographic sparkles. This was one coat and one sponged coat for opacity. I think this is still one of my favourite polishes of all time! So perfect.

This was all topped off with HK Girl. I really wish my pictures did this polish justice. Check out the Emily de Molly website for some better pictures of that shimmer!

The Walking Dead Nails & Walker Stalker Con London 2016 Mini Review

Hello!

I have some 'The Walking Dead' themed nails to show you today and a mini review of my weekend at Walker Stalker Con London!!!

A couple of weekends ago I went to Walker Stalker Con in London. Walker Stalker Con is a mainly 'The Walking Dead' convention that's been around in America for a while but finally visited London this year. I was super excited and was ready to fan girl all weekend! I got the tickets for my birthday so I've been waiting since November for it to come around. A lot of the stars attended and it was so amazing to see them all in real life. I managed to get an autograph from Melissa McBride and got to watch nearly all the panels! Including the Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus one (Scream!). There was a fair amount of queuing but it definitely didn't take away from the day. I didn't manage to get an autograph from Norman but hopefully it will return next year and I'll get another chance. The panels were really good and it was great to hear stories from the set and the stars views on their story arcs. I had such a good time and I hope they come back next year! To the nails!

I used OPI 'My boyfriend scales walls' for my base. This is such a perfect white. I used three coats.

I then dry brushed with Models Own Hypergel 'Red Lustre' and 'Raven Red' for the blood effect. I just used the nail polish brush by wiping off the excess polish and wiping it onto my nails in an upward or sideways direction.

I then stamped over the top with various designs from Uber Chic 'Zombie Love 01' plate and Sugar Bubbles 001 and 010. I stamped with Konad black stamping polish and my Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper. I love these plates!! I topped it all off with my trusty HK Girl.

I love these and I'm so glad my stamping went well as I wanted them to look good for the weekend. Nothing worse than your stamping going wrong on your freshly painted nails. Especially when you're using white and black.

What do you think of these? Would Walker Stalker Con be something you'd enjoy? Let me know in the comments!

Polish M 'Cranberry Crisp' Swatch and Review

Hello!

Today I have the gorgeous Polish M 'Cranberry Crisp' to show you. Polish M is a US based indie polish brand and 'Cranberry Crisp' is from their Fall 2015 collection.

Natural Daylight
Natural Daylight
It's a beautiful maroon / berry red with silver flakies and beautiful twinkles of blue, red, magenta and gold microglitter. I used two super easy coats, the formula was perfect.

Natural Daylight
The flakies really give the polish depth. I tried to capture it in the above photo. So pretty! I topped it off with HK Girl to make it glossy though this would also look really good matted thanks to the flakies. I also wanted to say that I took these photos on day 7!! of wearing this polish. Very well wearing!

I really love all these vampy maroon/burgundy reds we've seen this autumn/winter season. I am looking forward to some pastel shades for spring though. What about you?
